Salman Daud

Salman Daud is an experienced professional in sales and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Alicat Scientific since October 2024. Previously, Salman held various leadership roles at Texecom Ltd., including General Manager, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the Indian entity, and overseeing departments such as HR and Accounting. Other roles at Texecom involved heading sales in India and leading new product development efforts focused on the security market. Early career experiences include roles as a Graduate Management Trainee at Alicat Scientific, a Graduate Trainee at Ocean Optics and Accudynamics, and an Engineering Intern at TAPASYA ENGG. WORKS PVT. LTD. Salman holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Lancaster University and Manipal Institute of Technology.
