Joseph Harris, CPM, has a strong and diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the retail and apparel industry. This includes serving as the VP of Logistics at alice + olivia, the VP of Supply Chain and Operations at Posh Peanut®f, and the SVP, General Manager, and Founder of Direct to Consumer at Luxury Men's Apparel Group. Joseph also held positions such as General Manager at Trunk Club, VP of Supply Chain and Product Development at The Black Tux, and Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Product Development at Astor and Black Custom Clothiers. In addition, Joseph has served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Product Development at HMX Group, LLC, and Haggar Clothing Co., and as the Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing at Pacific Sunwear. Joseph started their career as the Vice President of Operations at Rousso Apparel Group. Joseph has consistently delivered results, achieved growth, and demonstrated expertise in areas such as supply chain management, operations, product development, sourcing, and logistics. With their extensive experience and successes, Joseph Harris brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership capabilities to any organization.

Joseph Harris, CPM has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior & Communication from New York University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. In 2001, they received a certification in Management from Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, they have obtained several additional certifications: a Certified Operator Class 1 - 7 Powered Industrial Trucks from Forklift Academy, Inc in April 2021, a Digital Marketing certification from The Business of Fashion in April 2020, a Registered Animal Therapist certification from Pet Partners in February 2020, and a Certified Project Manager certification from Expert Rating in February 2011.
