Paul Magnard

Paul Magnard currently serves as the Blueprint Lead at Alice & Bob, responsible for producing the company's three-year technological strategy. Previously, Paul held the position of Quantum Infrastructure Lead, managing a team for the MaxCat project focused on quantum-error-correction technology. Paul began their career at Alice & Bob as a Quantum Engineer, contributing significantly to the establishment of the company's office and laboratory while advancing superconducting qubit technology. Prior to this, Paul pursued a PhD at ETH Zürich, conducting research on loophole-free Bell tests and developing innovative quantum communication protocols. Education includes a Master of Advanced Study in Physics from the University of Cambridge and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from CentraleSupélec.
