Mirko Campanelli

Mirko Campanelli currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Alice Pizza since December 2021, overseeing strategic projects and also teaching at 24ore Business School. Prior to this role, Campanelli was the Head of Corporate Strategic Projects at 12oz Coffee Joint from May 2019 to November 2021, and held various positions at PERCASSI between July 2017 and May 2019, including Operation Manager and Area Manager for Food and Beverage. At Burger King Corporation, Campanelli worked as District Manager from April 2016 to July 2017, managing economic aspects of eleven BK stores. Additionally, Campanelli served as Country Manager for VERA RISTORAZIONE, managing 22 Portello Caffe locations and overseeing product development and technical training. Early career experience includes Store Manager and Assistant Manager roles at Autogrill from July 2000 to July 2001. Campanelli holds a Maturità di Istituto Alberghiero with a specialization as a technologist cook, obtained from Istituto Alberghiero Carlo Porta.
