James Billig

James Billig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public sector business development and security consulting. Currently serving as the Public Sector Business Development Manager for the State of Florida at ProLogic ITS since July 2024, James also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Blueline Security Consulting Group since August 2018 and at ALICE Training since March 2020, while also being an ALiCE Certified Instructor. Prior to these roles, James served as a Police Officer and Traffic Homicide Investigator with the City of Port St. Lucie from January 1993 to January 2007. James holds educational qualifications from the University of Maryland and Indian River State College, where James completed the Law Enforcement Academy.
