Mayana Rosário

Mayana Rosário has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mayana started their career as a Production Engineer Intern at CasaNova Construtora in 2013. Mayana then transitioned to Votorantim Cimentos, where they held various roles in the Human Resources department, including HR Jr Analyst, HR Sr Analyst, HR Consultant, and Human Resources Project Consultant. Their work at Votorantim Cimentos lasted from 2014 to 2021. In June 2021, Mayana joined Alice, a healthcare organization in Brazil, as a Health Operations professional.

Mayana Rosário began their education in 2012 at Universidade Tiradentes-Unit, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Production Engineer in 2015. In the same year, they attended the University of Manitoba for an Intensive English Program focused on English Language Studies. Mayana then pursued a specialization in Safety Engineering at FANESE from 2015 to 2017.

In 2019, Mayana enrolled in the Toronto School of Management and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business in 2020. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Budgeting and Scheduling Projects from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, Agile Innovation and Problem Solving Skills from the University of Maryland, Inteligência Emocional from Escola Conquer, and Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia. These certifications were obtained between March and May of 2020.
