Frederico Melo

Frederico Melo is the CEO of Instituto Alicerce and a Member of the Board at Orquestra Filarmônica de Minas Gerais. Frederico is also a Co-Founder and VP of Finance & Government Relations at Alicerce Educação. Additionally, Frederico has served as a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Environment Projects and social and economic transformation initiatives in Africa in partnership with local governments at Bird - Banco Mundial. With a background in executive roles at Grupo Elo and PwC Brasil, Frederico has extensive experience in areas such as People, Strategy, Change Management, Public Sector, and Third Sector. Frederico also holds a Master's in Administration, an Executive MBA, and Specializations in Tax Law and a Bachelor's in Law. Prior to their current roles, Frederico held various leadership positions within the Government of Minas Gerais.
