Mohamed E. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mohamed started their career in 2006 as an HR Specialist at Medstar Group, where they coordinated the recruitment process for junior levels and conducted interviews. In 2007, they became an HR Specialist at Al Awael It House, leading a team of admin assistants and managing recruitment and training processes.
In 2008, Mohamed joined ESG Consulting as a Technical Recruiter, working on IT job requisitions from Fortune 500 US clients and screening and qualifying candidates via phone interviews. Mohamed then moved on to Alico Egypt for Aluminum in 2009, where they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Specialist, Sr. HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, and HR Section Head. In these positions, they played a key role in improving recruitment processes, reducing costs, and ensuring effective utilization of company benefits.
Most recently, Mohamed has been working as a Group Exercise Instructor at Gold's Gym Egypt since 2019. Overall, their work experience showcases a range of HR responsibilities and achievements across multiple industries.
Mohamed E. pursued their education chronologically. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Tabary El-Hegaz, where they completed their Thanawia Amma degree in Mathematics. Following this, from 2000 to 2004, they studied at the Higher Institute Of Cooperative & Managerial Studies, earning a BSc degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they attended The American University in Cairo, obtaining a Diploma in Human Resources Management. Lastly, from 2017 to 2021, Mohamed E. pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management at the Maastricht School of Management.

ALICO EGYPT® range of products extends from aluminum doors & windows to curtain walls, skylights, handrails, architectural metal works as (aluminum, stainless steel, expanded metal mesh and perforated metal Cladding), Standing seam roofs and Laminated Stone products. ALICO EGYPT® is the agent of SCHUCO International-Germany in Egypt. ALICO EGYPT® currently employs staff of 610 qualified people. ALICO EGYPT® plant at Ain-Sukhna 120 km east of Cairo in new Suez Industrial Area. The total plant area is 6 hectares and factory building of 12000M2. The factory is divided into 3 bays, as follows: • Aluminum Fabrication Plant. • Glass Processing Plant. • Paint Plant. The paint plant of ALICO EGYPT® is equipped to provide: • PVF2 (PVDF) Wet Coating. • Polyester Powder coating. Glass processing plant is equipped with: • State-of-art, most up to date computerized horizontal tempering line to produce high quality heat-treated glass, i.e. tempered and heat-treated. • Sophisticated automated line to assemble double glazed unit (DGU’s) including D.G.U. for structural glazing applications. • Two separate cutting lines for flat and laminated glass. Aluminum Fabrication Plant is equipped with most up to date machinery; design and experienced factory management supervise and control the work according to the highest international standards.
