Begüm Özdemir

Begüm Özdemir has held multiple positions in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Begüm started their career at EXECUTAS - HR and Business Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant, where they gained experience in interview strategies, note-taking, LinkedIn, and interview scheduling. Begüm then worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Saparch, where they contacted potential clients and initiated the recruitment process. After that, Begüm joined Experis Turkey as an IT&Digital Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for finding relevant talents for various IT and digital needs. Begüm later joined Meditopia as a People & Culture - Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they utilized LinkedIn to identify and contact potential candidates, scheduled interviews and assessments, and developed new concepts for different departments. Currently, they are working at Alictus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People & Culture department.

Begüm Özdemir completed their education at different institutions. Begüm pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul Bilgi University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Yeditepe University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Begüm completed their high school education at Atakoy Cumhuriyet Lisesi from 2005 to 2009, focused on the subjects Türkçe and Matematik.
