Lauren van der Westhuizen is an accomplished Account Director at Alida, with extensive experience in global enterprise customer success. Since joining Alida in May 2018, Lauren has architected and executed strategies for growth with major clients, particularly in contract renewals and expansions. Previous roles include Associate Director, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager, where Lauren successfully managed teams, built value-based stakeholder relationships, and drove product adoption.
