Previously, Paul held senior roles at West Monroe Partners and Forrester Research, where guidance was provided to C-suite executives at large firms on customer experience transformation. With extensive experience across various organizations, including Cleantech Group and Kairos Strategies, Paul has a strong background in business and technology strategy. Paul holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Harvard University.
