Allison Bassiouni

Allison Bassiouni serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Delivery at Alight Solutions, with previous roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Benefits Delivery. In addition, Allison is the President and co-founder of The GLP Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health and housing support in the Dallas area. Prior experience at Aon Hewitt includes serving as Vice President and Senior Director in Benefits Delivery. Allison Bassiouni earned a BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University in 1998.
