Armand Abaya

Armand Abaya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in managing data interfaces and programming teams. Currently serving as a Director at Alight Solutions since August 2013, Armand oversees a team of 12 programmer analysts responsible for implementing and maintaining over 500 data interfaces for more than 20 clients. Prior to this role, Armand held significant positions at Aon, including Lead Programmer Analyst and Programmer Analyst Advanced, where responsibilities included managing client requirements, risk assessment, and developing technical specifications for complex EDI formats. Armand also has experience as an IS Manager at Tupaz Homes, a Team Lead at DePaul University, and a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture. Armand holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
