Brian Davis

Brian Davis is an accomplished professional in product development, engineering, and data management, currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Engineering at Alight Solutions since June 2017. In this role, Brian designed a custom segmentation engine using PySpark and implemented systems for personalized marketing experiences. Brian also leads a team focused on third-party data acquisition and analytics, utilizing Tableau for data-driven decision-making. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Aon Hewitt and BlueLine Associates, with a strong foundation in project management from Fidelity Investments.
