Christine Z. Ryder, MBA, MSM, CHC, CCEP, serves as the Head of Compliance for Alight Solutions, leading the Corporate Compliance and Ethics program since April 2024. Prior roles include Interim Compliance Officer and Director of Enterprise Ethics and Compliance at One Medical, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance programs and integrating efforts with Amazon Health Services. Ryder also held compliance oversight roles at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, managing pharmacy compliance and regulatory activities, and served as the Senior Market Ethics and Compliance Officer at Parkridge Health System. With an extensive background in healthcare compliance and ethics, supported by multiple advanced degrees from Southern New Hampshire University, Ryder has a proven track record in risk management, regulatory compliance, and program enhancement across various healthcare organizations.
