Dan Bender

Dan Bender has extensive work experience in strategy, analytics, and finance. Dan is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy, Analytics, & Revenue Optimization at Alight Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Aon, including Vice President of Strategy & Analytics, COO & CFO of Aon Exchange Solutions, Director of Finance, Sr. Manager of Reporting & Analytics, and Manager of Corporate Strategy and Planning. Dan started their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant.

Dan Bender received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance & Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000. Dan then pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained their MBA, specializing in Strategy, Marketing, & Analytical Consulting, for the academic year 2004-2005.
