Ed Kozak

Ed Kozak possesses extensive experience in project management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as a Supplier Relationship Executive at Alight Solutions since August 2012, Ed also contributes as an Adjunct Instructor at Benedictine University, teaching Project Management in Asia. Previously, Ed was President and CEO of Successful Projects For Leaders, specializing in project management process improvement. Additional roles included PMO Lead at Aon Hewitt, Visiting Professor at Keller Graduate School of Management, and Managing Director at Midwest Venture Resources. Ed’s early career included significant positions at Arkidata, Inc. and IIT Research Institute, focusing on project management, R&D, and managing multi-disciplined teams for the Department of Defense. Ed earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with advanced degrees in Electro-Optic Engineering and Physics.
