Jason Saunders

Jason Saunders is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of the myIT Service Desk at Alight Solutions, overseeing both internal and external service desks while managing knowledge management initiatives through ServiceNow. As the Owner of Charlottezweb.com, Jason provides premium web hosting and design services. Past leadership roles include serving as VP of Sponsorship and Vendor Relations, VP of Programs, and President of HDI Charlotte, where Jason was involved in sponsorship solicitation and event planning for the non-profit organization. Previously, as Manager of Global Service Desk Leadership at Aon, Jason managed operations and knowledge management. Jason holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a graduate of the International Baccalaureate program from Myers Park High School.
