Jennifer's career began at Aon Hewitt, where roles included Benefits Operation Manager and Benefits Analyst, overseeing operational performance and resolving complex client issues. Jennifer holds an MBA in Management from North Central College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Wesleyan University.
