Joshua Welch

Joshua Welch has a strong background in benefits administration and product strategy. Joshua served as the Executive Vice President of Product at Alight Solutions starting in 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Aon Hewitt as the Sr. Director of Health Product Strategy & Solutions, overseeing the development of strategic product roadmaps and collaborating with clients to align their benefits administration strategies. Joshua also held the role of Implementation Group Leader at Aon Hewitt, leading a team responsible for implementing health and welfare benefits administration services. Before joining Aon Hewitt, Joshua worked at PlanSource as the Director of HR Outsourcing Services, where they delivered benefits administration services, consulted with clients on benefits strategy, and developed solutions for new business prospects. Joshua'scareer began at Hewitt Associates, where they managed benefits outsourcing administration and played a key role in sales solution development and new client implementation efforts.

Joshua Welch attended the University of Florida from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.
