Melissa Surdez

Melissa Surdez serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alight Solutions since May 2022. Prior experience includes over two decades at Johnson & Johnson, where Melissa held several key positions, including Head of the Global People Experience Organization and Global Head of Human Resources for Enterprise IT. Responsibilities encompassed strategic HR partnership for the global IT organization and supporting senior executive leaders across various divisions. Melissa's background also includes regional HR management roles at GE Capital. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Leadership from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Monmouth University.
