Robin Hirano

Robin Hirano has extensive work experience in the field of operations, quality, and benefits delivery. They started their career in 1986 at Hewitt Associates LLC, where they held various roles focused on benefits delivery, client management, and implementation. In 2009, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Senior Director, responsible for operations and quality. Since 2017, they have been working at Alight Solutions, initially as a Senior Director and currently as Vice President, leading health transformation initiatives.

Robin Hirano earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1982 to 1986. Hirano then pursued a higher education and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Hirano obtained a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1988 to 1992.
