Shelby Baldwin

Shelby Baldwin currently serves as the Director of Talent Strategy for Retiree Health Solutions at Alight Solutions, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Shelby was a Partner Management Leader at Aon from March 2003 to October 2021, and also held positions as Resource Manager and Recruiter at Richard, Wayne & Roberts between April 2002 and March 2003. Shelby began a career in talent management as a Relationship Manager at IQNavigator from December 1997 to April 2001. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, which was earned from 1993 to 1997.
