Janel Cross

Janel Cross, AIF is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in retirement plan advisory. Since founding AlignFSG in 2001, Janel has served as the Managing Partner and Partner, Director of Qualified Plan Services, specializing in the financial needs of employers and employees through expert support in 401(k) and 403(b) plan design, investment management, and fiduciary responsibilities. Prior to this, Janel gained sales experience at Merck from 1999 to 2001. Janel holds a B.S. in BioMathematics from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Financial Planning and Services from The American College of Financial Services.
