James Moss

James Moss joined the Cleveland office of ACP in 2021. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining ACP, James spent six years at RLJ Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on executing leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth equity investments in the technology, business services, and diversified manufacturing industries. While at RLJ, James identified and evaluated new investment opportunities, performed extensive due diligence, and worked closely with senior management teams on strategic initiatives to create value and drive growth.

Prior to his tenure at RLJ, James worked in mergers and acquisitions at BMO Capital Markets, where he executed large corporate and middle market transactions in a variety of industries.
