Atul Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Atul co-founded ALIGN STAFFING SOLUTIONS in 2017, where they served as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Qurum Business Group (QBG) from 2010 to 2017, initially as the Director of Business Development and later as the General Manager of Staffing Solutions. Before QBG, Sinha worked at Brentford Group as a Consultant and Business Development Manager in the Facilities Management sector from 2007 to 2009. Atul also served as the Director of Business Development and Administration at First Security Group/Manpower from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they were a Partner at VallenCorp Events from 2007 to 2009. Sinha began their career at G4S International as the National Sales Manager from 2002 to 2006, and earlier worked as the Guest Services Manager at Jumeirah Group from 1998 to 2002.
Atul Sinha has a diverse education history. Atul obtained a certification in Facilities Planning and Management from CFM in 2016. In 2002, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the Executive program from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management between 1993 and 1996, specializing in Hospitality and Recreation Marketing Operations. Additionally, Atul Sinha has also obtained certifications in Foundation & Tassassey course- Facilities Management from MEFMA in 2013 and Senior Executive Leadership & Trust Programme from the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School.
