Rani Miller

Rani joined Key Search as a Director after 11 years high growth experience. Next to her role at Key Search she also launched Verschoor People Solutions where she advices (hyper)growing organisations on a project basis.

Prior to joining Key Search she played an important part in scaling the tech organisation of Zalando managing its recruitment team and seeing the organisation grow from 120 to 10.000 people in 5 years.At N26 she saw the organisation scale globally from 120 to 2000 people.

Preparing the tech organization for scale (in one year from 30 to 120 people), setting up the Barcelona office are just some of her key achievements there.

On top of her recruitment expertise she also helped companies like Orderbird and zenloop build out their people strategy as Head of People & Culture.

Rani holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and speaks Dutch, English and German fluently.
