Pablo Villanueva Romero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Continuous Improvement Program Manager at Align Technology since December 2021, Pablo focuses on cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Previously, as the Director of Operations at Edix Educación and Continuous Improvement Manager at Makro Autoservicio Mayorista S.A Spain, Pablo successfully implemented Lean methodologies and led significant improvement projects. With a background in ethics and compliance management at Barloworld Finanzauto, as well as hands-on experience in engineering roles at ITAINNOVA and Delphi, Pablo has developed a strong foundation in process management. Pablo holds multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering and has pursued additional education in agile project management, leadership development, and compliance specialization, further enhancing expertise in the field.
