Martin Coxon

Martin Coxon is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience across various roles in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Currently serving as an actuary at Alignd since January 2023, Martin previously held the position of Chief Actuary at Eden Care Medical and worked as a Healthcare Actuary at Percept. Experience also includes consulting actuary roles at AfroCentric Group and Insight Actuaries & Consultants, along with academic tenure as a Senior Lecturer at Stellenbosch University. Martin began the career as an actuarial analyst at Medscheme Health Risk Solutions and an actuarial consultant at NMG Consultants and Actuaries. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town, obtained from 2003 to 2008.
