Tom Jones

Tom Jones is a seasoned professional in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Strategic Director of Development at Aligned since February 2023. In this role, Tom has successfully built and led advisory boards to engage business leaders in workforce policy discussions across Kansas and Missouri, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive systemic change. Prior to Aligned, Tom held positions at Ascend Learning as a National Account Executive, Lever1 as a Strategic Relationship Manager, Mitchell Capital Management as VP of Business Development, and American Century Investments, where notable achievements included forming impactful partnerships and consistently surpassing sales targets for 15 years. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from The University of Kansas.
