Nneka Kibuule

Nneka (Uzoh) Kibuule is an accomplished professional with significant experience in energy innovation and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Vice President at Aligned Climate Capital since April 2021, Nneka is also a Board Member at pulsESG, Inc., UtilityAPI, and ChargeNet Stations, as well as a Board Observer at CleanFiber. As the Founder of GreenTech Noir, Nneka champions systemic change for the Black diaspora in multiple sectors, including clean energy and environmental justice. Previous roles include Director of Energy Innovation at Elemental Excelerator and strategic positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where contributions focused on improving organizational efficiency and customer experience. Nneka holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master's in Finance from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hampton University.
