Anubhav Raj is the Chief Financial Officer at [Aligned Energy](/org/aligned-energy). Prior to joining [Aligned Energy](/org/aligned-energy), Anubhav served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at TIER REIT, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Anubhav also served as Vice President of Treasurer and Investor Relations at [CyrusOne](/org/cyrusone) from 2012 to 2015, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi from 2008 to 2009. Anubhav began their career as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in 2009.

After completing their MBA at Columbia Business School, Anubhav Raj began their career in finance, working in private equity. Anubhav later went on to earn their BS in economics from [Duke University](/org/duke-university).

Prior to this, they were a partner at Williams Gallantry from July 2010 to May 2013 where they provided business development, consulting, legal and counseling services to businesses in the New York metropolitan area. From January 2001 to March 2006, they served as General Counsel at Con Edison Communications.

Eric Jacobs

Prior to joining Aligned, Haggard served as Operations Director for a global leader in facility and asset management, where he was responsible for all aspects of management, operations, maintenance and training for over three million square feet of data center space and 200 personnel. He has also served in leadership positions with Critical Solutions Group (CSG), Microsoft Data Center Delivery Group and CoreSite Realty Corporation, garnering deep insight into creating successful programs and various strategic planning initiatives to enhance corporate performance and safety, while ensuring exceptional quality across the board. Haggard began his career as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, Safety Officer, and Critical Maintenance Manager in the U.S. Navy.

Billie Haggard

Katie holds over a decade of experience and successful track record in human resources, labor relations, change management, organizational development, and talent recruitment. Her engagement across the company and commitment to Aligned’s success has proven instrumental in building a best-in-class organizational culture.

As Director of Human Resources for Aligned, Katie is responsible for driving the growth and continuous improvement by establishing a culture of engagement and innovation. She develops HR policies and implements strategies to support Aligned’s organization and talent needs, including overseeing aspects of talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning. Katie also plays a key role on the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) team.

Prior to joining Aligned, Katie served as Director of Human Resources at Xcel Protective Services, where she played a key role in labor relations and negotiation, contract administration, and 401k administration.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources / Organizational Development from the University of North Texas.

Katie Jones

Susie has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a specific focus on fostering loyal, long-term client relationships as well as improving the overall customer experience. Her client engagement experience at ViaWest, Citrix Systems, Insight and ZixCorp provide Susie with a unique edge and solid understanding of client expectations and needs, ideally positioning her to oversee and drive client success and satisfaction.

As the Director of Client Services at Aligned, Susie is dedicated to ensuring all clients’ needs are met and their experience is positive and rewarding, from initial onboarding throughout the duration of the relationship. Susie and her team work closely with clients to build strong partnerships and become an extension of their teams.

As part of Aligned’s continuous improvement culture, Susie is responsible for streamlining processes that improve the user experience at all levels. She and her team provide proactive communication during the on-boarding process, collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve and mitigate issues, support regulatory compliance and audit initiatives, and serve as points of daily contact for all client needs to ensure all customer goals and objectives are met.

Susie Berry

B.J. possesses 20+ years of executive project management experience in the technology, community and public affairs, financial services, and real estate sectors. Prior to Aligned, she served as Chief Executive Assistant at a cybersecurity firm, Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO at a computer hardware and software support company, and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Alternative Dispositions Division at Fannie Mae. She began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and later became the Executive Assistant to the President and COO of the legal department at a private equity hedge fund.


B.J.’s skill set encompasses a broad range of project management, logistics, organizational and liaison abilities. After joining Aligned in 2017, BJ was appointed Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, and Office Manager at the company’s corporate headquarters in Dallas. In her current role as Executive Business Manager, she supports Aligned’s branding and marketing initiatives, while continuing to perform executive administrative functions and responsibilities.

B.J. Heilman

Deborah has over 20 years’ experience leading internal audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management. Most recently as the Chief Compliance Officer of a digital health company, she led the design and implementation of the company’s entire corporate compliance program. As a licensed CPA, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Information Systems Auditor, Deborah brings a wealth of experience in building programs that will drive Aligned’s operational compliance as the Company continues to grow. She is equally passionate about training, educating, and raising awareness around corporate regulatory and compliance programs.

Deborah holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and received her BS in Accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She also holds a compliance and ethics certification from Seton Hall University Law School.

Deborah Somerville

As Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Alliances, Frank is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy within the Aligned partner ecosystem. This includes: real estate brokers, channel agents, cloud service providers, system integrators, Macquarie Group portfolio companies, and suppliers.

Prior to joining Aligned, Frank was VP of Channels & Alliances at QTS for over 10 years, where he was responsible for driving QTS’ partner strategy and program globally that accounted for a significant portion of QTS revenue and success. Under Frank’s leadership, QTS started their partner program from scratch and rapidly scaled it to be recognized as one of the leading programs in the data center services industry. Before QTS, Frank held Channels leadership positions with Aspect Communications and eLoyalty. He has also been in Sales Management at IBM and head of Marketing at Ernst & Young Consulting (now Cap Gemini) Information Technology business.

Frank and his wife Karen live in Northeast Ohio. Blake, their oldest son, is a graduate student at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and Bennett attends Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Frank Eagle

Michael has been leading high-impact data center development and construction projects for ~15 years. As SVP, Design and Construction at Aligned, Michael is responsible for the development of cutting-edge data center campuses, ensuring alignment of performance with best-in-industry design, efficiency, and operational objectives, as well as speed-to-market targets.

Prior to Aligned, Michael served as Regional Director, Construction Management for Equinix, Sr. Project Manager at DPR Construction and Builder, Drees Homes.

Michael Morris

Michael has over 20 years of sales and sales leadership in data center, and telecommunications industry. As Senior Vice President of Sales for Aligned, Michael is responsible for all facets of sales in the enterprise market. Before joining Aligned, Michael served as Executive Vice President of Sales at QTS for over four years, where he led the hybrid sales region in the West consisting of key markets in Santa Clara, Dallas and Chicago. Under his sales leadership, the organization significantly grew its revenue and established relationships with key Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Aligned, Michael held leadership positions at Equinix, Zayo,and PCCW Global. Michael is active with youth sports programs in the Menlo Park area.

Michael Chai

Joanna Soucy is an experienced Marketing and Public Relations executive specializing in driving business growth and technical content development. Her communication strategy, client management and relationship skills have helped to steer some of today’s fastest growing data center, cloud and network brands.

As Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy for Aligned, Joanna is responsible for implementing brand positioning, promotional activities, public relations, and other business strategies through multiple communication channels in order to maximize reach and effectiveness of Aligned’s mission, vision and values.

Prior to joining Aligned, Joanna served as Vice President of Strategic Development at iMiller Public Relations (iMPR), where she oversaw account management, client services and project management teams in executing all aspects of PR and marketing strategy, as well as customer service and business development activities. Prior to her executive appointment, Joanna was instrumental in growing iMPR’s Content Department, which helped shape key industry messages for iMPR and its clients.

Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Illinois State University.

Joanna Soucy

Andee is a licensed Texas CPA with multi-industry experience.  As Controller at Aligned, Andee is responsible for oversight of the financial day-to-day operations of the company, including treasury, compliance, and other support-related processes.

Andee began her career at KPMG, and left public practice as an audit manager to join industry.  Prior to Aligned, Andee held various accounting management roles at CEC Entertainment and Caelus Energy.  Andee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting as well as a Masters of Public Accounting from the University of Texas.

Tim has over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the data center and IT sectors. As the EVP of Strategy & Development for Aligned, he is responsible for driving all aspects of build-to-suit data center projects.  Before joining Aligned, Tim spent seven years at [EdgeConneX](/org/edgeconnex), leading hyperscale and cloud provider segments and executing strategic and build-to-suit deals from concept through deployment in the U.S., Europe and South America​. Prior to [EdgeConneX](/org/edgeconnex), he held leadership positions at Windstream, XO Communications, [Ciena](/org/ciena), and Abovenet.
