Prathamesh Bandekar

Prathamesh Bandekar, Ph.D., is a Sustainability Scientist at Aligned Incentives since January 2023. Previously, Prathamesh served as a PhD Candidate and Research Associate at the University of Arkansas from June 2007 to December 2022, where responsibilities included supervising and conducting research projects, performing data analysis, and overseeing undergraduate students. Earlier roles at the University of Arkansas included Service Technician, providing technical support for research projects, and Graduate Research Assistant, assisting with research initiatives. Prathamesh earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arkansas in December 2022 and a Master of Science in the same field in 2009.
