Sarah Elster

Sarah Elster, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in clinical nutrition and patient care. Currently employed at Aligned Modern Health since October 2021, Sarah specializes in developing and executing nutrition care plans and educating patients on disease-specific nutrition therapy. Previous roles include positions at TouchPoint Support Services and Ingalls, where Sarah collaborated with interdisciplinary teams and utilized Nutrition Focused Physical Exams to assess malnutrition. Sarah also has a diverse background in marketing and communications, having worked in various roles including Director of Marketing Communications at Lichter Realty, Inc. and Freelance Writer for Aligned Modern Health. Sarah holds a Nutrition Certificate from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Theatre Arts from the University of Iowa.
