Flora Cauley Petillo

Flora Cauley Petillo is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AlignMed Partners since March 2022. She also holds the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Clinical Practice at Genesis since January 2010. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Clinical Practice at GPS and as the Sr. Director of Clinical Practice at Genesis. With a strong background in nursing and psychology, Flora has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic clinical programs, managing Advanced Practice Provider staff, and advancing key clinical and strategic initiatives in the healthcare industry.
