Teresa Olguin RN CCM LMT is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in case management and nursing. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse Certified Case Manager at Alignment Health since September 2023, Teresa has also been with Better Health Choices PLLC since August 2012, fulfilling dual roles as a Certified Case Manager and Health Coach. Additionally, Teresa has provided medical case management for a diverse population in Arizona through Better Choice Medical Consulting LLC since 2010, focusing on Worker’s Compensation Disease Management. Previous experience includes serving as an RN Case Manager at VillageMD from November 2021 to September 2023 and as a Care Coordinator and RN Case Manager with Arizona Care Network from May 2017 to November 2021.
