Kenneth Barahona

Kenneth Barahona has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kenneth started their career in the US Navy as a Naval Rescue Swimmer and MH-60S Aircrew Instructor, where they conducted lifesaving training and managed the aircrew curriculum for the Navy. After leaving the Navy in 2013, Kenneth transitioned into the insurance sector, working as an Agent for New York Life Insurance Company and later as a Sales Agent and Sales Trainer for SCAN Health Plan. Kenneth then moved on to Coverance Insurance Solutions, Inc. where they served as a Training Manager. In 2021, Kenneth joined BetterCare Insurance Services LLC as the Director of Sales Development. Most recently, they have taken up the role of Project Manager at SCAN starting in 2022, and as of 2023, they have become the Director of Corporate Training at Alignment Health.

Kenneth Barahona obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2013. In 2012, they also received a certification as a Computer Peripheral - Equipment Operator from the U.S. Department of Labor.
