Sonia Singh

Sonia Singh, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Sonia is currently the Sr. Director Learning- People & Culture at Alignment Health starting from January 2023. Previously, they worked at loanDepot as the Sr. Director Leadership and Organizational Development from March 2021 to January 2023. Sonia also held the roles of Director Learning and Organizational Development and Learning Development Manager at loanDepot from September 2018 to November 2021 and October 2016 to September 2018 respectively.

Before joining loanDepot, Sonia worked at County of Orange as the Learning Organizational Development: Administrative Manager from October 2014 to October 2016. Sonia also briefly served as the Project Team Lead at Kaiser Permanente in July 2014. Prior to that, they had a tenure at St. Joseph Health, where they worked as a Project Manager from October 2013 to August 2014, and as an Instructional Designer from January 2010 to August 2014.

Sonia began their career as a Senior Consultant at Plus Delta Consulting in 2010. Sonia also had a significant tenure at Kaiser Permanente, where they worked as a Senior Analyst from July 2006 to December 2009, and as a Learning Consultant from 2006 to 2009.

Sonia Singh, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles in the years 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2015.
