Darrin Chang

Darrin Chang has a diverse work experience starting in 1996 with PwC, where they planned, organized, and managed financial statement audits. Darrin then joined Cisco in 2000, holding various roles in finance and accounting, including Business Unit Controller and Senior FP&A Manager. In 2010, they joined WebEx as the Head of Corporate FP&A before moving to DeNA in 2012 as the Corporate Controller and Director of Finance. In 2014, they became the Controller at Tilt.com, where they established finance discipline and mentored the founders before the company was acquired by Airbnb in 2017. From 2015 to 2020, Darrin served as the VP of Finance, Corporate Controller at Auris Health, Inc., where they built the finance and accounting organization, drove strategic initiatives, and actively participated in fundraising efforts. Darrin is currently the Vice President of Finance at Aligos Therapeutics, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.

Darrin Chang holds an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the State of California. Darrin has also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
