Rachna Mehra has over 20 years of work experience in sales and marketing roles in the hospitality industry. Rachna has worked for various prestigious companies such as Alila Hotels, Ananda in The Himalayas, The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa, The Oberoi Group, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Radisson Noida, The Grand Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Media House, EXL, and Jet Airways. Their responsibilities have included sales, marketing, business development, and PR activities. Rachna has a strong track record of developing marketing strategies, branding, and building business relations.

Rachna Mehra completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 1993, focusing on Biology/Biological Sciences. Rachna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Delhi University, graduating in 1996.
