Ossian Ekdahl

Ossian Ekdahl is an accomplished board member and industry leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and finance. Currently serving as a board member for Sjunde AP-fonden and KPA Pensionsförsäkring AB, as well as chairperson for Transparency International Sverige, Ossian holds several prominent positions including chair of nomination committees for NEDERMAN HOLDING AB, Alimak, and Troax AB. Active since 2010 as a member of the Board of Directors for the Swedish Securities Council, Ossian contributes to promoting good practices in the Swedish stock market. Additionally, Ossian works as a financial advisor at Nordic Credit Partners and serves as editor-in-chief for StyrelseAkademien, enhancing corporate governance standards in Sweden and the EU.
