Larry Karner

Larry Karner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Larry worked at Alimera Sciences for 5 years, starting as a Reimbursement Specialist in 2015 and progressing to become the Vice President, Managed Markets in January 2020. In this role, they managed reimbursement and payer relations teams in the US, focusing on payer strategy and coverage initiatives. Before Alimera Sciences, Larry worked at Alcon, a Novartis company, as a Regional Sales Manager from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they had roles at Novartis NeuroPsych Business Unit, Novartis, Novartis Ophthalmics, and CIBA Vision, where they gained experience in sales management, business development, and market access.

Larry Karner received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, Berkeley. Larry attended the university from 1986 to 1990.
