Tim Robinson

Tim Robinson has a diverse work experience. Tim started their career as a Proposal Writer/Coordinator at Randstad in January 2019 and worked there until January 2020. Following that, Tim worked as a self-employed fitness instructor, helping people with various health issues from December 2008 to August 2020. Tim then joined Alinea International in July 2020 as a Business Development and Proposal Administrator. Later, they became an International Recruitment Specialist in December 2020 and worked in that role until February 2023. Currently, Tim holds the position of Recruitment Marketing Advisor for the Technical Assistance Partnership - Expert Deployment Mechanism (TAP-EDM) program at Alinea International.

Tim Robinson completed the CDSP - Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional program from Sourcing Certifications in 2022. Tim also pursued Professional Recruitment from AIRS in the same year. In 2020, Tim completed a course in Proposal Management for Federal Contractors from Lohfeld Consulting Group. Prior to that, they studied Business Communications at Conestoga College in 1998 and Human Resources Management in 1997.
