Andrew Baikie is an experienced professional in power generation and maintenance with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Port Hedland Power Station for both APA Group and Alinta Energy since November 2023 and December 2021 respectively, Andrew has previously held significant roles including Power and Services Operations Superintendent at LIBERTY Steel Group and Manager of Newman Power Station at Alinta Energy. Andrew's expertise includes operational integration management for turbine installations and extensive experience in operating and maintaining gas turbines and related systems. Prior to the energy sector, Andrew served in the Royal Australian Air Force as an Aircraft Technician and Trade Supervisor, focusing on engine and airframe maintenance. Andrew holds a Certificate IV in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from the RAAF School of Technical Training.
