Cameron Walsh is an experienced Delivery Lead currently with Alinta Energy since May 2023, previously holding similar roles at CourseLoop from March 2019 to May 2023. Cameron has a strong background in IT service management, including roles as a Service Desk Analyst at Corrections Victoria and IT Service Coordinator at Barminco. Notably, Cameron was involved in the implementation of ServiceNow Express at Programmed, managing business rules, workflows, and SLA development.
