Elizabeth Baud

Elizabeth Baud currently serves as the Head of Reward & DEI at Alinta Energy, a position held since February 2024, focusing on the design and implementation of comprehensive Total Reward strategies and DEI practices. Previously, Elizabeth held various senior roles including Head of Reward (Contract) at carsales.com.au, Executive General Manager - Reward at Sportsbet, and Head of Performance, Reward & People Operations at Coles. Additional experience includes senior positions at Cbus Super Fund, SEEK, L'Oréal, GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, Clayton Utz, and Deloitte Australia. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University and a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute.
