Philippe Oellibrandt

Philippe Oellibrandt currently serves as Total Reward Manager at ALISTAR since October 2024, after a brief tenure in the same role at ESCbv from October 2024 to January 2025. Previously, Philippe held the position of Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems from February 2022 to September 2024 and was the Head of HR at NGDATA from March 2019 to February 2022. Philippe has also worked as an HR Consultant at clearXperts from September 2018 to February 2020 and undertook a temporary mission as an HR assistant at ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks in early 2018. Philippe's educational background includes an Executive Masterclass in HRM from Vlerick Business School, a Master’s degree in Bedrijfseconomie, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, all from Ghent University.
