Thomas Carney

Thomas Carney is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Aliter Investment Services LLC since September 2025, Carney previously held the role of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at FNZ Group from April 2021 to August 2025. Prior to that, Carney spent 25 years as a Managing Director at State Street Bank. Academic credentials include studies at UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1993 to 1994 and a degree from Purdue University, completed between 1985 and 1988.
