Maxime Dubois

Maxime Dubois currently serves as Director Principal for both the Corporate ERP/EPM Center of Excellence and the Oracle ERP/HCM Center of Excellence at Alithya since June 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing operational support related to HR systems and human capital shared services, leading governance, and defining HRIS strategy, as well as managing project integrations and portfolio evolution. Previous experience includes project management roles in HR technologies at Intalent.ca and Quebecor, and system administration for HRIS at Resolute Forest Products. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and natural sciences from Collège de Maisonneuve. Additionally, Maxime manages an automotive aesthetics workshop, Acethetik, established in January 2013.
