Olga Salnikova

Olga Salnikova has work experience in finance and controlling roles. Olga started their career as a Sr. Financial Reporting Specialist at Alivaria Brewery in March 2014 and worked in this role until November 2017. Olga then became the Head of the Controlling Department at Alivaria Brewery from November 2017 to January 2021. After that, they joined Carlsberg Group as an FP&A Manager (STA) from January 2021 until September 2021. Currently, Olga is working as the Finance Director at Alivaria Brewery, starting from September 2021.

Olga Salnikova has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Belorussian State Economic University, which they obtained between the years 2007 and 2012. In 2015, they pursued a course in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, earning a DipIFR certification. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a program in "Эффективность управления бизнесом" (Efficiency of Business Management) at CIMA.
